Light + Dark Guided Meditation

When there’s so much darkness and negativity in your life that it’s hard to be happy, then it’s definitely time to start meditating.

The Light + Dark Guided Meditation is an original one inspired by the lojong meditations and involves going into the darkness within on the in breath and then releasing the darkness into the light on the out breath. I recorded this one back in June of 2019, and I hope you like it!
