Borrowing a Cup of Calm

Borrowing a cup of sugar (do people still do this anymore? As a child I had to run to the neighbors to borrow a cup of sugar for my mother, occasionally) is a heck of a lot easier than borrowing a cup of calm. In fact, calm can only really be borrowed in 1/2 teaspoon increments, and that’s only if you know someone who has a superabundance of it. Enough to calm you down for a few minutes or a few hours, but not enough to get you through an actual crisis with your sanity intact.

So how do you get a cup of calm, if you can’t borrow it? Watch the sermon to find out. :)

(Readings for the sermon can be found here, if you like to know that sort of thing.)
