Dealing With Fear – Guided Meditation

Sometimes the worst happens. The bottom falls out of your world. Sometimes you can’t actually get beyond the fear in your head and in your body, and sometimes you can’t just pretend you’re fine.

It’s at those times that you probably wish you were already some sort of zen meditation master, that you could just call upon decades of training, take a deep breath and go to your happy place, or at least reach a level of calm you can really only dream about right now.

I can’t make you a meditation master today, but you could be one in ten years if you start now. And yes, guided meditations count, and they also help. This new one I just recorded, Dealing With Fear, is a good one if you’re in a fearful place right now, and also if you could ever imagine being in a fearful place and wanting to have some handy tools to deal with all those surplus negative emotions that are coming toward you like a tidal wave.

Will the Dealing With Fear Guided Meditation make all your fear go away instantly? Probably not. But it will help a bit, and it will give you some tools that, if you practice using them, will help even more. And it will help, possibly just enough, to allow you to do what you need to do without being crippled by fear. Because fear is crippling. (Also, the mind-killer.)

Go check it out and tell me what you think. (And if you haven’t already, please consider subscribing to my YouTube Channel, on which you’ll find the Dealing With Fear Guided Meditation. Every subscription helps!)
